Once you pull up the application, you will have the ability to actually type in the application. Just place your mouse over each section that you will need to fill out and click, once you see the blinking cursor you can start to type. You can also use the TAB button on your keyboard to move you to the next blank. Once you have the application filled out, just click the print icon and your application will be printed with your information. Or, if you choose to, you may just print the application and fill it out by hand.
