FFC Essentials of Fire Chaplaincy – (16 hours)

November 4th and 5th 2025 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Check in begins at 8:00 AM)

Fees: $250.00 (Class + Printed Manual)

Topics include: Foundations of Fire Chaplaincy, Personhood of the Chaplain, Ministry to Firefighters, Ministry to People in Crisis, Chaplain Code of Conduct,    FD Funerals, Fire Department Chaplain Operations, Helping Firefighters Manage

Stress, and others.

This course serves as the foundation course for credit with the Federation of Fire Chaplains.

Advanced Chaplain Training (16 hours) Topics include:

Making the Death Notification

This is an advanced class developed by the Federation of Fire Chaplains to

equip chaplains with the skills and sensitivity required to deliver death notifications with professionalism, care and compassion. Chaplains will explore procedures, emotional impact, and appropriate responses during difficult duty, ensuring they are fully prepared to support families and agencies alike.

Debt Elimination and Personal Finance Management for Public Safety Employees  1:30 pm -5:00 pm

A seminar and workshop teaches a battle tested strategy, using the money

you already earn to eliminate all debt and establish financial freedom. Credit card debt, auto loans, and personal loans are gone within 2 to 3 years. Mortgages gone within 5 to 8 years.
